Young talents are our future. In 2022, HKU-CTC launched the first-ever “Clinical Research Trainee Programme”. This initiative was designed for fresh university graduates who have a passion to pursue a clinical research profession. Following the success for the past two years, we are delighted to announce the launch of Clinical Research Trainee Programme 2024!
In this 12-month programme, you are enabled to
- gain hands-on experience through multi-position rotations across diverse teams, allowing you to have an all-rounded exposure to the industry.
- receive comprehensive training on both technical and soft skills are available to equip you with the necessary knowledge and capabilities to excel in the clinical research field.
- undergo structured coaching and mentorship to sharpen your communications, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
